In the blink of an eye ...

My heart is heavy today.
I can't help but think of the approx 14oo persons from Greensburg, Kansas whose lives were completely demolished late Friday evening.
The town of Greensburg was leveled by an F-5 tornado that was about 1.4 miles wide, and cut a 22 mile swath.

"Debris is strewn in Greensburg, Kan., Saturday, May 5, 2007, after a tornado struck late Friday. The tornado damaged about 95 percent of the town about 110 miles west of Wichita and 50 miles north of the Oklahoma state line, City."

These people had no warning.

I hope this tiny town will receive the same outpouring of support that Hurricane Katrina victims did (are).
